The Problem

Weard sells underwear. Sizing matters more than in almost any other category. Customers were buying multiple sizes to test at home, returning what didn't fit, and avoiding bulk orders altogether because they weren't sure enough to commit. The customer service inbox reflected it. So did the return rates.

The Insight

A simple insight. People don't struggle with size guides. They struggle with abstraction. Show the product on a real body, in their size, with real measurements, and the hesitation disappears.

The work

Nine models. One small studio split into two zones, one side for photo, one for video. Ten hours to shoot every product across every size. The kind of day that only works with structural planning and a team that moves without friction.

No time was wasted. Every model, every product, every size captured and accounted for. The images were edited, delivered, and pushed live.

When a customer selects their size on Weard's site, they see a model wearing exactly that size, alongside his or her full measurements. No guessing. No hedging. Just clarity at the moment it matters most. Fully transparent.

The Result

Fewer returns. Fewer customer service tickets. Higher average order value. A buying experience that finally matched the product.
